About

We read the paper. Nobody else seems to.

Supplement Skeptic is an independent editorial desk covering heavily marketed supplements. We review the bottle, the evidence, the price, and the checkout risks.

Why this exists

The top-ranking "best supplement" articles on Google often repeat product-page claims instead of checking the research. That is not a review. It is advertising wearing a lab coat.

We do what those sites don't: we read the actual research. We compute the actual dose. We flag the actual subscription risk. And we publish the actual verdict, even when it is inconvenient.

The desk

Supplement Skeptic is produced by a small team of research analysts and medical reviewers. Bylines are real. Credentials are verified. When we don't know something, we say so.
