Required disclosure
Affiliate disclosure.
This site earns money. You should know exactly how.
How we earn
Supplement Skeptic participates in affiliate programs through ClickBank and other retailers. When a reader clicks an affiliate link on this site and makes a purchase, we may earn a commission from the seller. The price you pay is not affected by whether the link is an affiliate link.
FTC compliance
Per 16 CFR Part 255 (the FTC's Endorsement Guides), we disclose every material connection between
this site and any product, brand, or service we mention. Affiliate links are always marked
rel="sponsored" and opened in a new window. Reviews with commission potential carry a
visible banner at the top of the article.
Programs we participate in
- ClickBank. The majority of supplement-review links on this site route through ClickBank hoplinks.
- Amazon Associates. For commodity supplements (NOW Foods, Thorne, Jarrow, etc.) we may link to Amazon.
- Manufacturer direct. When a brand offers a direct affiliate program we'll note it in the review.
What affiliate status does not change
- Our verdict. We recommend, flag, or trash products based on evidence — not commission rate.
- The price you pay. Affiliate links carry no price markup.
- Editorial independence. We regularly publish critical reviews of products that would earn us money.
